In my microsystem the biggest influence was my mother. She still made a loving and caring home for us while dealing with depression and anxiety. Watching her get through tough moments taught me to be strong and keep going. One big thing that changed me was ending a friendship that lasted more than eight years. It was really hard and hurt a lot but it taught me how to set limits for myself and not let people walk over me, although im still learning how grow emotionally. In my mesosystem my anxiety and stress have been a big part of my life. My family has a history of anxiety and I've seen how it affects our relationships and daily routines. Learning how to handle stress has been one of my hardest challenges yet.In the exosystem, social media has had a strong effect on how I see myself and the world. It has changed how I think about success, friendships, and how I feel about myself. The macrosystem which includes my religious beliefs, has shaped my values, what I think is right or wrong, and the choices I make. Finally, in the chronosystem, important moments like ending frienships and dealing with anxiety over time have helped me grow. These experiences made me more aware of myself.
